  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events unless received damaged or defective.

  • Return requests submitted after the eligible return period.

4. Refund Eligibility

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • UPI Refunds: 3–7 Business Days

  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 5–10 Business Days

  • Net Banking Refunds: 5–10 Business Days

Actual processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI Transfer

Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details.


7. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange if:

  • A wrong item was delivered.

  • A damaged product was received.

  • A defective product was received.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If the return is approved due to an error on our part, we may cover the return shipping cost at our discretion.
